Approved Subprocessors
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
MetisLogic, Inc. may use the following subprocessors to provide, operate, secure, support, or troubleshoot the MetisLogic Cloud Service. Processing is limited to the service described and is subject to applicable contractual and data-protection obligations.

Data-Minimization Practice
MetisLogic personnel are instructed to place only the minimum Customer Content reasonably necessary in support and collaboration tools and not to include passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, Controlled Data, full database exports, or unrelated Customer Content.
OpenAI Configuration
MetisLogic uses an organizational OpenAI API account. Sharing of model feedback, evaluation and fine-tuning data, and API inputs and outputs with OpenAI is disabled. MetisLogic does not authorize OpenAI to use API Customer Content to train or improve its general-purpose models. Standard API retention or abuse-monitoring practices may apply; Zero Data Retention is not represented as enabled.
Personnel
MetisLogic employees, advisors, and individual consultants acting under MetisLogic's direct authority and written confidentiality and data-security obligations are authorized personnel and are not listed as third-party subprocessors. A separate consulting company would be evaluated and listed if it independently processed Customer Personal Data on MetisLogic's behalf.
Changes and Objections
Where the applicable Data Processing Addendum or law requires notice, MetisLogic will provide notice of a new Product Subprocessor before it begins processing Customer Personal Data when practical. A covered customer may submit a reasonable, documented data-protection objection to [email protected] within the period stated in the DPA.
